FINANCIAL ISSUES
In most cases if there are going to be contentious issues then these most often relate to financial matters.
The principles which govern the distribution of income, capital and pensions between married couples are based on a logical analysis of both parties needs, resources and (to some extent) contributions.
However, the factors which are 'legally relevant' to the final resolution of these issues are many and varied, and often complex.
Each case must be dealt with on its merits, with sound legal advice and with the need to conclude matters as satisfactorily and as quickly as practicable always at the fore.
I have over 20 years experience in dealing with the wide range of financial issues which arise ancillary to Divorce.
I have dealt with all manner of cases during that time, from amicable and straightforward matters dealt with by agreement, to fully contested cases involving several million pounds worth of assets.
Whatever your circumstances, I look to provide you with the advice and support you need - wherever and whenever you need it.
